Syrups & Immune Health
In this class, we will explore the ins and outs of immune health, looking at root causes for a weakened immune system as well as how to use herbs to nourish, fortify and activate our innate defenses.
We will also explore the delicious and versatile medicine of herbal syrups (made with local raw honey and molasses), traditionally employed for their appealing flavor and soothing nature during times of illness. Each participant can take home a 4oz bottle of the syrup of their choice.
This is an online class - classes will take place via Zoom. Like our in-person classes, we aim to keep the class interactive and hands-on, and students will make an herbal product at home with all supplies provided. More information about supply pickup and Zoom instructions will be provided upon registration.
