Sacred Equilibrium Yoni Steam by Embodied Divinity

1 oz blend of red raspberry leaf, lavender, plantain leaf, hibiscus, rose, mugwort, and calendula. 

Steam 1 cup of blend per 2 quarts of water by bringing water to roiling boil then adding herbs and removing from heat.

Place against outer edge of bathtub. Place on a towel to keep still. Sit on edge of bathtub over pot naked from the waist down with a towel over your lower half to help direct the steam. Sit for at least 15 minutes. Sit for less time and consult healthcare provider if you have an IUD.

Can be used as a bath.
