Our New Model: How Does It Work?

Even though Rosalie Botanicals has transitioned out of our beloved storefront, we are still fulfilling orders for shipping and local pickup nearby on the Lafitte Greenway. We will be processing orders throughout the week and curbside pickup days/times for locals are Thursdays & Fridays, 12-5pm. (For same-day pickup, please order by 4pm). 

The most streamlined way to order is through our website but we also take orders over the phone or email. The best time to reach us by phone is during our pickup window (Thursday & Friday, 12-5pm).

Details and location for online order pickup will be provided via email confirmation when orders are fulfilled and ready. Our new location is just around the corner from our former Toulouse shop. Please call the shop at (504) 488-4425 when nearby or parking; orders will be placed in a numbered locker on the porch. Orders that are not picked up before 5pm on Thursdays can be picked up during pickup window on Fridays. For after-hours pickup on Fridays, please call or email the shop at rosalieapothecary@gmail.com for special instructions. 

 

This model is new and experimental for us too. We are still happy to formulate custom tinctures and teas and more grab & go blends are in the works. We have a lot of wonderful products leftover from the brick and mortar that we are adding weekly to the online shop. We are also looking forward to hosting classes and gatherings again, special seasonal offerings and more as we continue to evolve so stay tuned!
