Relaxation Blend

This tea blend is formulated to soothe and nourish your nervous system, relax your body and mind, and bring you back into a state of ease. To brew add 1-2 teaspoons per cup of hot water. Let steep for at least 5 minutes. The longer the tea steeps the stronger it will be.

Organic Chamomile (matricaria recutita) Flowers

Organic Oat (avena sativa) Top and Straw

Organic Linden (tilea europea) Leaf and Flower

Organic Lemon Verbena (aloysia triphylla) Leaf

Organic Lavender (lavendula officinalis) Flower

Organic Rose (rosa centifolia) Petals
