Sacred Sitz Bath

This sitz bath is blended with all organic ingredients to promote healing and comfort postpartum. To brew pour 1/2 gallon of boiling water over 1 cup of the herbs. Steep for 4-8 hours, strain and add to a hip level bath and soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Each 4oz bag contains 2 baths.

Organic Uva Ursi (arctostaphylos uva-ursi) Leaf

Organic Raspberry (rubus idaeus) Leaf

Organic Calendula (calendula officinalis) Flower

Organic Plantain (plantago major) Leaf

Organic Witch Hazel (hamamelis virginiana) Leaf and Root

Organic Lavender (lavendula augustifolia) Flower

Organic Yarrow (achilliea millefolium) Flower

Organic Rose (rosa centifolia) Petals
