This herbal coffee alternative is crafted with warming and energizing herbs that support you in getting moving without the over-stimulation of coffee! To brew add 1-2 teaspoons per cup of hot water. Simmer or steep for at least 5 minutes. The longer the tea steeps the stronger it will be. Used tea can be resteeped.
