This earthy and spicy blend is a nice caffeine free alternative to traditional chai. Dandelion root is a traditional herb for supporting digestive and liver health. To brew add 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup of hot water. Simmer or steep for at least 5 minutes. The longer the tea steeps or simmers the stronger it will be.
