Let’s travel the globe to find beauty secrets from Asia to the Blue Ridge Mountains. We will learn how to use what is in the kitchen and in nature to craft skin and body care using raw, organic, and herbal allies that are literally good enough to eat! We will explore recipes, as well as study the link between beauty rituals and self-healing, and look deeper into what our skin is trying to tell us about our bodies. We will create sacred space for making medicines and participants will leave with their very own hand crafted product! Just in time to inspire you to make your own holiday gifts such as medicinal infused oils, face masks, body scrubs, spiritual baths and more!

About Lucretia - With a journey that began when she was a little girl mixing herbs on her grandparents’ farm, Lucretia VanDyke has had a lifelong connection to the plants and been in the wellness industry for over 25 years. Her quest for knowledge and storytelling has led her all over the world and throughout the south  to learn about remedies and ceremonies from indigenous folk  healers and keepers of the culture. One of the foremost experts on southern folk healing arts, Lucretia integrates rituals, plant spirit meditation, food /herbs, botanical skincare, and ancestor reverence into people’s practices.
