Syrups & Immune Health

In this class, we will explore the ins and outs of immune health, looking at root causes for a weakened immune system as well as how to use herbs to nourish, fortify and activate our innate defenses.

We will also explore the delicious and versatile medicine of herbal syrups (made with local raw honey and molasses), traditionally employed for their appealing flavor and soothing nature during times of illness. Each participant can take home a 4oz bottle of the syrup of their choice.

Join us in this hands-on, foundational herbalist series incorporating practical medicine-making skills as well as exploring an in depth overview of working with plant medicine to promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle. These classes will inspire budding and blossoming herbalists alike to get their head, heart and hands into plants as medicine, to start creating their own apothecary at home.
