HOHM Going Deeper Week Two: Pain and Perception

The second week of our Advanced Class series will explore herbal allies for the nervous system and musculo-sketetal system.  Building upon the foundational concepts introduced in our Beginner series, this Advanced class provides a deeper understanding of human anatomy and physiology, paths of prevention and wellness, and symptom management in the systems focused on this week. The advanced series focuses in deeply on specific herbal allies for the discussed body systems, and students will get to know a select few plants in depth.

Together we complete a hands-on herbal preparation project, and students will leave class with a product to take home.

At this time, we are hoping to offer these classes in person at our classroom space in New Orleans, and ask that all participants wear masks at all times.  Should the COVID cases in Orleans parish take an upturn in the weeks leading up to the class, we may choose to switch the series to an online format.
