Garden Herbs for Immunity

As autumn weather approaches, now is a great time to get to know the local plants that can help boost our immunity.  Join us in exploring the herbs of Speakeasy that can aid in fending off colds, coughs, flus, and general infections.  Together we will get down in the dirt with a selection of plants, exploring their tastes and common medicinal preparations.  At the end of class, students will have the choice to bring home an easy-to-grow immunity herb for their home or garden.
